Our contact hours and services are limited for now but give us time and a chance to prove ourselves. Our goal is to have 8am to 8pm seven days a week office hours and a team of people who can respond quickly to your needs no matter where you are in Mid Coast Maine.
Chris & Crystal Robinson own Daggett Builders, Inc, a family business started by Crystal's father, Wesley Daggett in the early 80's. Chris joined the business in 1986 and became a partner.
Chris grew up in a small village in Switzerland, just outside of Geneva, and was the son his family relied on most to get things done around the property. Chris' father was a gifted translator but had no interest in mechanical things. Chris was much more like his grandfather, a carpenter. Chris spent many hours hanging out in the area hardware stores, picking up tips from the locals. He had free rein to experiment on the family's two antique homes, one in Switzerland and the other in Thomaston, Maine. Chris brings a combination of Yankee Ingenuity and Swiss Precision to Daggett Builders, Inc., having spent about half of his life in each country.
Crystal grew up in Thomaston and Cushing, Maine. She has a huge family, most of whom are trades people. She lived in Switzerland with Chris for six years before her father, Wesley, convinced them to return to Maine to join his business and raise their family. While in Switzerland, Crystal worked in the same company as Chris, Procter & Gamble. Chris was a financial analyst; Crystal was an administrative assistant in the Marketing Department. She now works for Daggett Builders and teaches French part time.
